Corrections Policy

We work to publish accurate stories the first time. When we get something wrong, we fix it transparently.

What counts as a correction

  • A factual error in the body of an article.
  • A misleading headline or subheadline.
  • Misattributed quotes or sources.

How we correct

  • We update the article in place and note the change at the top.
  • The original publication time is preserved; an "updated" time is added.
  • For significant corrections, we add a clear corrections note.

How to report an error

Email hello@thefreshpulse.com with the article link and a short description of the problem. We aim to respond within one business day.
