Corrections Policy
We work to publish accurate stories the first time. When we get something wrong, we fix it transparently.
What counts as a correction
- A factual error in the body of an article.
- A misleading headline or subheadline.
- Misattributed quotes or sources.
How we correct
- We update the article in place and note the change at the top.
- The original publication time is preserved; an "updated" time is added.
- For significant corrections, we add a clear corrections note.
